This with reference to my airtel mobile prepaid connection 95467877XX. 2 days ago i realised that my balance of about Rs200 has been deducted. I called to the customer care to enquire about it, they told me that the amount has been deducted against internet usage. I activated my internet pack of rs 155 which gives 1GB downloading for 1 month validity just 10 days back and 1GB package always works for me for 1 month because i mostly work on my WIFI network,so its impossible that my package get fully used in just 10 days.

When i called the customer care they told me that the amount has been deducted genuinely and they are unable to give me any details further and advised me to go to the local airtel office for details. When i went to the local airtel office next day they told me that my number is registered in Punjab and has been ported from Vodafone though i have been using this number in jharkhand since more than 5 years and today they told me that the details cannot be given and they refused to give me the complaint number also. I am shocked by this behaviour of airtel

Pre-Paid Recharge – Credit Not Given
Sir, an amount of rs 145 has been deducted for recharge on 02/08/2014 through net banking of syndicate bank for online recharge of airtel mobile no 9944161315 vide IB Pg Txn MSYD 343594852793300 airtel prepaid but benefit not given till date nor money refunded.
