Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile – Balance Deduction

i am totally disappointed with the way airtel customer care handles customer to begin with from past one week i have been talking with no of phone executive on other matter to begin with 1. my talk time of more than rs300/-went on minus as my net plan got expired and i was not aware due to no notification on same from airtel it got completely charged from my main talktime account. 2. on 15th may i have selected online caller tune for 60 days i have been charged from my account however i have still not got selected hello tune even after 30 + hrs . customer care executive is just not able to understand query. even if somebody understand they are not able to fix issue.
