sing airtel prepaid 20 of time i cheated (mostly using GPRS)i am regular customer from last 2 to 3 years more than 10 times my balance unexpectedly show 0 RS while not used. but i never complained but it is too much sir i recharge this number(9997026403) only for Internet normally not used for SMS & calling i recharge with 80Rs 29-09-2013 at 9:53PM & got message Erecharge talktime 68.20 TransID-1006227579 Nextday 30-09-2013 as i mostly do i dial*567# & start 10RS 100 MB internet service for a day & received message from AW-NTAROT RS 10 airtel internet with 100 Mb for 1 day has been activated. Sir i know when to stop this service mostly when balance shown 10 to 5 MB left i stop the service using *567# deactivated.Sir day before yesterday at 30-09-2013 MONDAY Same happened i used the plan when it was showing 10 mB i left the internet & but not stop the service because nextday i want same plan & it should deducted 10 for monday & 10 for tuesday=20 RS beside deduction of 20 rs from 68.20 i was shock again when i got message Due to Low balance, your Rs.10 Daily rental GPRS plan is deactivated and you have been moved to 10p/10KB consumption plan 7:59 AM Tuesday october 1 from AW-NTAROT without any message last night to show why deducting .i dial *123# it was showing .03 has left in balance Nextday i went to shopkeeper he tell me why you shocked its normal with Airtel 20 of customer came to me with several complained but he reply what he can do?he advice me to recharge only 10 to 20 RS rechage only with Airtel. My father also advised me to change this No with IDEA he is satisfy with IDEA. I want someone to take a immediate & hard action on staff into this issue and refund the huge amount unexpectedly deducted from my balance… Sir again its a humble request refund my money as soon and charges as usual .
