Sir, My airtel pre paid mobile no.95027160XX which was active from 25 Apr 13 till 25 Feb 14 has become inactive without furnishing me proper reason. (I have submitted all relevant docs at the time of activation and also on 27 Feb 14 on a request through sms). On inquiry, i am told that the number has become per number and nothing can be done about it. Kindly advise how to retrieve the number.

Now i am unable to operate my airtel money account which is linked to the number. I have prepaid balance of Rs 300 in my mobile account and Rs. 2000 in my airtel money account. I have registered an online complaint with Airtel the ref no is Complaint Reference No PR030100225
