Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile – Internet Not Working

Dear all , i am customer of airtel since last four years. My card no is 9665020099. I have put the request for net plan 25rs/6 day on 17th of jun2013. I tried to access net through this sim for two days i am unable connect the net then i tried to contact airtel 198/121/ 9890098900. Then i came to know that my sim card validity is over on 11th of jun2013. Its surprise? To me that how someone can charge for the invalid card which is expired on 11th jun but they can charge for that same card for new plans on 17th of jun 2013. I repeatedly asked customer care personnel’s but they cannot satisfy my question. I want to know how can someone charge for the invalid card service charges( net charges) for net and activate their plans without validity then what’s the meaning of validity ??? Validity means what if i am a invalid card holder then how can u charge for the service which you not providing till i validate. You are not suppose to give any services to me or card holder till he validate . And how u can charge for that if i am invalid card holder after 11th jun . You accepting new plans for the same even after 17 th of jun 2013?/ can someone answer for that i am not getting any answer for this?? The case will be different if i have running plan on card and validity is expire in between then its ok i mean in reverse case. I don’t know what’s validity i am raising the issue because this can happen to other card holders also. I want to suggest you that for activating any new service card must be valid till that validity u are not suppose to charge for invalid cards. I hope your immediate reply
