I am subscribed to Airtel mobile internet auto renewal pack ( 98rs 650 mb 21 days). My pack expired yesterday(29/07/2013), so the renewal should have happened immediately(i had enough balance in mobile account) but there was a delay in renewal & Airtel charged me for the browsing i did in that interval(between old pack expiry & new pack renewal). So here the concept of auto-renewal goes wrong & customers are being cheated in the name of auto renewal. I called customer care & put forward my views but the response were irresponsible in answering & they disconnedted my call in the middle of conversation.
