hello , this is s.jahnavi. yesterday night i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number with rs.125 through internet banking bearing SBI account number:31257890895. but i did not get balance for my airtel number . please kindly refund my money to my account number or suggest any solution please.

Airtel New SIM Activation
im dr in chennai sankara nethralaya. im from andhra pradesh. i bought airtel sim from local vendor in chennai on october 5 th 2013 .but my sim has not got activated . one week has gone already .i have given a local number of my friend they have called her but still didn’t activate my sim.kindly look into this regards .i have given all the documents and photos necessary.
