I recharged my Airtel prepaid number 8056236469 on 12/8/14 with Rs.75 (Chennai circle) that should give me Rs.50/- balance in my talktime and the validity of this recharge is for 14 days during which my outgoing calls will be charged @40p per minute. I recharged using Netbanking option in the airtel’s website. Though my account was debited with Rs.75 and though I got a message saying that the recharge is successful, it was not successful. Since, I had to make calls, I again recharged in the same manner today that is 14/8/14 and the same thing has got repeated. I have lost Rs.150/- for these unsuccessful recharges. I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Airtel Pre-paid Online Recharge Failed – Money Deducted
I have recharged my airtel no 9894833293 with my Deutsche bank account, the amount Rs.300 was deducted and the recharge was not done. Please refund the amount. The amount was deducted on 13/AUG 12:40 for INET/PAY/AIRTELPREP06071939/000006693507.
