I have signed up for new prepaid number. I have taken this number 9908012480. I was asked to a call 59059 but there is no signal. I asked the vendor he says I need to call this numbers. Can you please help resolve this Thanks Prasad.

Amount debited not recharged and not refunded
Hi, i tried to recharge my mobile no: 9952265509 for Rs.200 online. the amount got debited from my account, but mobile was not recharged. the amount is also not refunded to my account.
