My Airtel SIM card is not working when i make a call computer said this mobile number is not in use please help me. my airtel number 9936164424 is not working. alternate number 9532059282 for calling.

Airtel Post Paid SIM Activation
I took a postpaid sim no 9790993465 from reach mobile chennai anna nagar on 11th jan and was told it wld be activated in 24 hrs. It is now 5 days and it has not been activated to date. when Vodafone and even bsnl can activate on the same day i wonder why u take so much time.it clearly shows the deficiency in service provided.
