I got my Airtel prepaid no. 8826582022 recharged almost after 3 weeks and within 1 hour i got an sms stating that ‘you are charged 10/- for Airtel talikies ‘ a service that i never activated and dont even know what is this service meant for. talked to customer service to get refund for that balance i was charged 16/- for talking to customer service which they dont want to refund because that is the charge of calling them.
This is how Airtel is making money, first they create a problem and then they charge us to solve the problem created by us…………..
SHAME ON THEM………….
