please register my complaint I am Nagarajan from Pollachi taluk, coimbatore, tamilnadu my mobile no. is 9600407479 i am using airtel Since 2009. Airtel deduct my Rs.3 at 19.02.2014 and before many times it was deduct Rs.3 & 10 in 3 times on the spot i call customer care then the person told me, you are using net apps and browse google page opened, actually when i was charging the mobile, the balance is deducted. i surely confirmed told, not use airtel live net apps and browse. 3 times i called airtel customer care, 1 time the person told me that further not deduct your balance, your balance will add within 4hrs in Rs.3 and 10 after ending call within a minute. But still continue Rs .3 they have no any reason for this after airtel customer care. it is not first time AIRTEL deduct every time if you recharge above Rs. 100 So Please people don’t use airtel.
