Dear Madam/Sir,

I have taken an Airtel pre paid connection from Chennai couple of months ago. From the beginning, Airtel has activated many things by themselves such as hellotunes and some other applications. But i have succesfully deactivated them after many frustrating calls.

But…no matter what, Airtel makes sure that Friendz chat service is always activated. I keep getting improper messages from unknown people saying ” hello, mujh se baath karoge? ”

Everytime i decactivate the service, after days and days of requesting and making the call center staff understand, the service is activated again, for which they take 30 rupees from my balance.

I don’t know what to do… pls help me. Please …. I can clearly state that Airtel is ripping peoples money by adding all these paid sms services and activating them automatically.

I am sure there will be an action taken for this.
