Airtel Prepaid connection deactivated

Hi Sir,
My mobile no is 9500034148. I have been using this no more than 1 year. In December 2011 i migrated postpaid to prepaid. At that time i have submitted my address proof in ARC, Porur. Recently I got message from Airtel saying that i have to submit documents again. Again i have submited documents in nearest retailer. But the problem is not solved. I have submitted address proofs again in the porur ARC. But it is almost 4 days over. My connection totally deactivated. When i call to customer care they are not responding properly. Please suggest how to proceed in this case.
