On 10-Nov-2014 Airtel had issued some changes in prepaid plans in some Districts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. But they dint informed to customer regarding this changes. Actually i recharged my mobile with 98 rupees plan which provides Airtel to Airtel call cost 10 paisa per minute for 28 days. that means it should last to 21-Dec-2014, but it as ended by 19-Dec-2014. I gave a call to customer care and asked for the reason to stop limit by before the end of offer. He gave me replay that These changes 28 days to 25 days on 10 of nov itself that to for some selected Districts of Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Then i said but while recharging the same plan it showed me 28 days on online recharge by seeing that i recharged that plan. even no message is delivered after the recharge stating the limit. He said yes sir i can accept that in online we havent changed it. then i asked then it is your mistake by providing proper details to customer before recharging so i request you to continue the same plan which is for 28 days. He said we cant do that we dont have any authority to give that stated plan. Then i requested him to connect to the concerned people or your higher authority so that i can talk to them. He said no one is going to help you in this matter if want u can give a complaint to Airtel. I requested him why did you do this changes, He replied that the use of airtel in those districts is very low that the reason we have reduced the plans duration. I said if their is less consume you should have introduced attractive plans or increase the plans duration to attract them, By instead of redusing the days and making the remaining customers to leave from your network. What type of business are you doing. Here the issue is These people reduced the same plans duration in my district Karimnagar, but i have been staying in Rangareddy district since past 8 years and the sim is taken in rangareddy district and been used int he same district network. This division is done as per the given Id proof address at the time of activating sim.
I need justice on this issue. I request you to take the necessary action on Airtel. How come they can divide plans as per district in the same state.
