Airtel had subscribed services automatically for which I did not ask for and Rs.30 had been deducted. I stopped a service by sending a sms to 121. But, the Rs.30 hasn’t been refunded into my account. I called customer care and they were redirecting me to all sort of numbers which is totally unaccounted for. I wish to terminate airtel connection due to their poor network and pathetic customer service.
