I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response shown by Airtel for a simple pre-paid to postpaid conversion. The best part is it happened to me not once but twice. The reason why I am posting it here is that if Airtel cannot guarantee the service they should not allow its service representatives to make calls asking for pre-paid to post-paid conversion. I have already lost around 1000 Rs worth in useless deposits on the ground that address verification could not be completed or it is not possible for a representative to come to my residential address. I believe the fact that Airtel holds a clout in certain circles does not give it the right to offer such inconsistent service.
