Airtel – Pressurizing pay plan charges

Airtel Pvt ltd is harassing and pressurizing me to pay for the plan that I haven’t selected with them. While taking the connection, Airtel sales team leader by the name of Mr. Asad from Netaji Subhash Place centre, gave me a different plan – Enclosed is the file with plan highlighted BUT I’m getting billed and forced to pay for UNKNOWN plan with additional charges. In May, 2014 I have selected a ULTRA TURBO PLUS 15 GB plan of INR 1499.00 which offers 15 GB DSL usage, 4 GB speed and all LOCAL CALLS (both landline and mobile) FREE – Enclosed is the file with plan highlighted. Since 1st month Airtel has been charging me additional charges for calls and is threatening me that they will disconnect my number if I don’t pay extra. For this issue, I already marked my concern with a formal complaint and sent an email to 121@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com on 29th Aug, 2014. Since 29th Aug 2014, I’m continuously following up with Customer care service @ 01144444121 and Mr. Asad to resolve this issue but none of them neither gave a reply nor even responded to my emails. All they want me to do is to pay for ADDITIONAL amount every month if I want the same number to continue. I have been mentally harassed from customer service department of Airtel, as the representative’s behaved very rude with me, gave false commitments and use unethical practices to support malpractice used by their sales team. I have lodged a complaint on call, ref number 49778256 but to my surprise, the concerned department closed my complaint WITHOUT even contacting me. They never called me neither I was been sent an email or message confirming the same. Airtel customer care representatives advised me to pay RS 3000 otherwise the services will be disconnected. Inspite the issue was not solved at Airtel’s end, I paid the RS 3000 as asked and to my shock my services got disconnected after that. I have been forced to pay for the additional charges to start my service. According to Airtel customer service executive, there is no one in Airtel to solve my concerns regarding billing as I have been cheated by Airtel Sales Executive (Mr. Asad) – conversation ref number provided by the agent is 419861921.. Now, I have got the complete chain of emails which I sent to Airtel, but haven’t heard from them till now, plan sheet which is originally been provided to me from Airtel sales team, Airtel bills imposing me to pay for extra charges laid by Airtel, complaint reference number and call recording for some of my conversation with Airtel customer service representative’s. I request you to please take immediate and appropriate action to resolve my concern, as I’m facing heavy losses and humiliation, And hopefully STOP the malpractices used by both SALES and support team.

I request to waive off additional charges for calls that’s been laid by Airtel on me till date and for future, although plan offered to me(enclosed) is different. Also, compensate me for my loss of work due to Airtel negligence, and harassment I went through while dealing with Airtel sales and support representatives.
