I am using Airtel mobile no 9447207411. Every time i recharged my sim the money is getting debited without using it. It is occurring since last 2 months. CUSTOMER CARE ALSO BEHAVED IRRESPONSABLY…I have changed my phone still the problem is not solved . I request you to solve my problem otherwise i will be forced to switchover to other network service provider using mobile number portability. Regards ANANDAKUTTAN G

Wrong Balance Deduction
Aservice named service channel packed was activated on my Mobile number 9478593709 and i was charged Rs 20. I didn’t activate any kind of service. It was totally wrong. Kindly credit my balance as i have been wrongly deducted.

Airtel Bill Problem
Dear sir I have earlier informed that i have been charged two monthly rental its once informed to the airtel representative he confirmed that the service is discontinued but still i have been charged two different monthly rentals please resolve the issue or else i switch to new service provider
