80417.4.2014 this complaint still pending without any refund but it is showing as resolved. Can you please reopen this and help me to get my money back

Called and sent mail many times to appellate orissa but still no progress. Wasted much of my time n money in this irritating customer support

Need to get my 1000 rupees refunded at least
