Hi, There are 2 incidents that happened with me, 1. Recharged with 200 rupees on 2/1/13 but instead of FTT 200 I got only 175 rupees, though it is given on airtel.in site. 2. Recharged with 47 rupees on 4/1/13 for 1000 sms pack but got only 650 sms. But it is given on thier site that for RS 47/- 1000 sms pack with validity of 30 days.

So far follwoing losses incured to me 25+350= 375 rupees. I lost 25 while recharging with 200 rupees and 350 rupees while recharging with 350 rupees.

Atleast 375 rupees should be refunded to me. also atleast Rs 10000/- as fine for misguiding consumers.
