Airtel – Rechrge not done even after payment

I recharged my phone twice through Paytm.com and payment was done by SBI Debit card. But i did not receive balance in my number. I called airtel customer care but they told that i haven’t recharged my phone at all. the are forcing me to agree that i have not done any recharge. my money is deducted but i have not received any balance. please accept my complaint against airtel for doing such thing.

Refund of my money or balance i should have got. warn airtel Customer care that next time they should not force any customer to accept what they are saying. customers are not bound to them and their time is valuable.
