Sir i had converted my prepaid number to postpaid on 28 july 2013.before that i called to appellate office regarding my conversion procedure because at that time my prepaid balance is rs2142.12.and appellate officer replied me that if i convert my number to postpaid then my balance will be transferred to my postpaid account and then i told her that if then i am not satisfied with the postpaid plan then can I again migrate to prepaid and i also told her that if my outstanding amount is in negative then how can i get my refund then she told me that i will get my refund through cheque within 60 days of the postpaid conversion then i told miss jyoti to send a mail then she replied me that first i have to send a mail then only she will revert me then i agreed and then i sent a mail on 18 July 2013 on appellate email id and i got a reply on the same day that if i convert my prepaid number to postpaid then prepaid account balance will be transferred to postpaid account and the same will be adjusted in the subsequent outstanding amount on the postpaid number and if you will convert your postpaid mobile to prepaid then in that case, any outstanding amount in negative will be refunded through cheque at the address within 60 days from the date of conversion.then i agreed and migrated my prepaid number to postpaid and i had a bill plan issue on my number and then i decided to migrate my number to prepaid on 3 august 2013 at that time my outstanding amount is Rs.-2373.12 .then i requested for refund and then miss pooja arora appelete office floor supervisor called and replied me that she is sending a mail regarding this refund issue and she will revert me by 72 hours then she called me after 72 hrs and then after 72 hrs she replied me she want some more time to process the refund then on 19 august she called and replied me that the refund is not possible and the amount will be lapsed but previously i got the mail that any outstanding amount in negative will be refunded through cheque then i approach to airtel presence and national escillation team(N.E.T)regarding my issue on 21 aug 2013 and then i got a replied mail by airtell presence on 27 august 2013 that i will get the refund by cheque after 45 days of the disconnection mailed by mr ashish kumar sharma airtel presence.then Ms supriya rawat from NET is following up on my concern she told me on 28 august 2013 that she had taken a approval and i will get my refund by cheque within 90 days as an exception case and she replied me that but she is trying to process this amount as soon as possible then after so many mails to NET she called me on 6 September replying me that she will not ask his senior again and again for this case she will reply if his senior reply for my concern but on 10 september 2013 i got a call from Mr ashok(NET) taking information that from where i had converted my number and asking me to forward mails which i got from appellate and Airtel presence team then i forwarded him these mail and on 1
I want my amont through cheque and a compensation of rs30,000 for harrasment
