I have rquested to discontinue my Data Card No-8511052218 on 14-03-2013 and submitted simcard to Airtel Office Anand. Now after they called me to retain service but I told him to stop service than the offered to conver into Prepaid. So I told him to convert my this number to prepaid but thanafter they continue service in previous plan (Postpaid) and charge monthly Billing still now. So now They are telling to pay 3000 outstanding bill to discontinue the service and calling me to pay the pending outstanding yet I haven’t simcard to use service. They didn’t inform me to collect simcard or didnot send any intemation.

Rs. 3219. They are asking to pay above amount which I havn’t use.

Please cancel the billing amount after 14-March-2013 and cancel the amount of Rs.3219 and discontinue the service.
