I had bought a Airtel connection somewhere around 1 year back the number is +91-9880055xxx & i had made a security deposit of 1000/- for the number, now i wanted to convert this number from postpaid to pre-paid these people are saying there is no deposit made for this number. I asked them has Airtel given anyone postpaid without deposit they say no & no one is ready to respond to this QUERY not even Customer care 121.
This is a issue i am fighting from past 1 month with airtel & i had paid around 600/- while i was there to cancel the number now i have switched off the number & because of them i have received 1 month bill again & So i want the bill to be waived off & the next month bill i will getting the bill that should be waived off too..
