My connection has been barred due to non payment but without any prior intimation. Reason of late payment is late delivery of bills, last week I received single bill of last 2 months and I have done the payment yesterday and send the proof to my Account Manager. Since yesterday I am following to her but didn’t get any response from her side.
I have a toll free number with this account and due to the same I am not able to receive complain calls from my consumers and this is affecting our business and reputation
