Hi, This is to inform you that my mobile number belongs to Karnataka circle. When I was on roaming in Uttar Pradesh, the SIM card failed on 28th Nov. I checked with the customer care at 121 but no help. I reached the nodal center of Airtel Uttar Pradesh and met Mr Navdeep Singh ( 9935985544 ). I provided him the required documents and got another SIM card with an assurance of activation within 12 Hours. However, it has not yet got activated so far. I am continuously following with Airtel both Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka zone with no resolution. Airtel people are showing a strong negligence and lack of care and sensitivity towards the customer’s urgency and strong requirement. It seems that Airtel does not have any process to handle such situations or they deliberately make the life troublesome for their customers.
