I have been using the airtel number 9000815284. i have been on roaming for around 40 -50 days, my phone had been on and i had been recieving regular msgs on that number, i got back to andhra on 20th june and made many calls from that number.. later the next day i recharged that number for 222, it so happened that soon after the recharge airtel disconnected my number. i contacted cust care n the agent put me on hold for more than approx 7-10 mins,later i had to call again.. that agent told me to visit a office in my city, i did so d nxt morning just to hear that my sim got disconnected, because i dint use it for the last few weeks,( it was supposed to be life time validity) but i did use it for almost 2 days before i did the 222 recharge.. i hav been to d head office in vizag on friday evening and registered inquired abt it again.. they escalated the issue and askd me to call the nodal office, i did call the nodal office and thee agent told me that the number(9000815284) is alerady alloted to another customer, how can they allot the number to another customer when the there has been a complaint on that number.
