Two and half weeks back I converted Idea network to airtel network (9886527555) and was using the service only for 3 days and airtel has barred incoming and outgoing calls and I asked the same by calling customer care, but the answer was please resubmit the document, then I submitted required documents immediately, but no response for a week and again after one week if I ask the customer care why this has not been activated yet, the representative asked to submit the document once again and by speeking to the customer care manager named Usuf and Mr. Usuf gave me an complaint number 3133335211400, even though by my patience I resubmitted the document (two time I have submited the document in K.r.puram Airtel office ) and the manager told that the sim will get activated with in 26/12/2011, but the sim did not get activated yet. If the number gets recycled I will surely go the consumer court. Please don’t let me to take extream steps ahead.
