I purchased one Airtel Mobile SIM card no 8991950000110408722 for mobile no 8136820193 from your shop at Shoranur Road Trichur,Kerala.

Time of Purchase: 08-07-2013 1:00pm.

The sim is not yet activated.Please do the needful as this is most urgently required. Airtel executives told me it will be done by evening but 24 hours have past and it is still not yet activated despite submitting all KYC Documents including Aadhar Card.
