For the re-issue fees of sim, rather than Rs.25 the airtel gallery Akola, wants Rs.100. From customer service there is conformation of Rs.25 required for re-issue but rather than that Akola airtel office want Rs.100. The Airtel office Akola says that they giving other services with the sim which I don’t want but they still not giving me the same and plain sim. The senior officer dont give the proper detail information about the same problem.
