We have applied for discontinuation of Land line no-40049716 via mail to 121@in.airtel.com on 9th of September,2013 but after many calls from them the line is still not discontinued. They ask for time of seven days every time they call. The have also generated bills after such application for discontinuation.
every month we are getting a bill of Rs.1600/- even when the phones are not working and the application is given for surrender of such line.
We want to close the account and discontinue the landline to the earliest.
