Airtel – Telephone numbers are down for past three months

I have six numbers PRI line from Airtel. After facing call issues for over a month Airtel suggested us to switch from Digital line to analog connection. We have paid all dies even during the period the lines were down for well around 45 days. Post the payment clearance, they informed us that all our numbers have been disconnected and shall no longer be available for our use. Please note these are all our business numbers. After making calls to senior support management, they manage to fix two lines for us, all other numbers are down for past 4 months+ time. There is not confirmation from Airtel by when they shall make our lines up and running. We are loosing not just business but reptation too.

First and foremost, I want my same numbers up and working for my customers. Secondly i wish to get compensated for the loss of revenue and reputation Airtel deficiency in delivering services has caused us. I have mail and SMS communication with their senior Management staff
