i took airtel recently and subscribed to a certain plan. I did NOT opt for the data plan on phone number 9985812466. However, I saw a line item in the bill where they have charged me for the data plan. Their customer service folks told me that the plan was activated after a few days. I do not data on this phone number and never authorised them to activate the data plan. I therefore need them to immediately deactivate the data plan and reverse the charges so far. I would also like to use your service to make them change their practice of unilaterally activating unnecessary services to the consumers.
