My mobile no is 9567773111. Registered in Kerala. While I was in Karnataka state on 06/05/2013. I recharged for Rs.201 (a full talk time plan of Karnataka). Instead of Kerala plan of Rs.220.This 201 is a 2G internet plan in Kerala. I requested to withdraw Rs.201 and resubmit Rs.220 to your executives which were denied by executives of both Karnataka and Kerala, also they dealt the situation badly. I have a basic Nokia phone which does not support internet usage thus no use of the 2G internet plan. So please make necessary arrangements to rearrange Rs.201 to Rs.220 plan and I shall pay the balance amount on your request or refund the money.
