Dear Sir/Madam, This concerns to my no. 8002022144 .Today,midnight,I got a message from your service center, 12:11am prompt stating that I had downloaded “Hawk” worth Rs 25. But I didn’t.How’s this possible? This happens often to me.I wants my balance worth Rs25 back.I wants you to take a prompt action as soon as possible for you.

Airtel should be investigated for Il-Legal Mobile Balance Deduction and 110% Penalty be levied for the same.
