Airtel VAS Connectivi​ty Issue

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice the problem that I am facing regarding your conectivity of internet on my mobile.I called up the customer care centre and raised the issue with them on 23rd Aug’12 my reference no was F1108456737 but the problem was not
solved.I was again given the reference number 45476362 and was told that the issue will be fixed by 26th Aug’12.I again called up on 26th Aug for the same problem and again i was given a ref number 45525179 and told that problem will be fixed by 28th Aug.I kept on following on the issue but i was getting only reference number and the next date.I was told by the customer care that there is problem in the hand set.I bought a new nokia lumia 610 handset on 21st Aug only.I got my cell checked at the nokia care centre,they assured me that the cell is perfectly fiine and there is problem with the internet service provider ie Airtel.They even opened all the websites through WiFi.Then i again called up the customer care and this time I was told that there is problem with the SIM card.So I got my SIM changed on 30th Aug from Airtel Relationship Centre in Mohali.When the problem was not solved i again called up the customer care and was told that Airtel internet cannot work on my cell as there is some technical issue ie it is opening two PDP Sessions on the cell so i cannot open internet on the cell.

I am using this number for the last 5 years and there has never been any problem.I request you to kindly look into the issue and provide me a solution.Looking forward for a quick reply.
