Airtel – Without consent activation of SMS pack

I am using airtel connection no. 8800876721 since 2010. I have activated a sms pack through voucher around one month ago. the validity of said pack was expired. The Company has again activated that sms pack without my consent and deducted Rs. 34 from my main balance. On contacting customer care, the executive said this is the company’s policy. i have read out the whole policy of the company. it is clearly written as they would not activate any pack without twice confirmation from the customer. further the behaviour of customer care was so rude. i have told them to transfer my call to his senior, he simply refuse to do so. I am going through mental torcher again and again when contacting customer care.my studies going effected due to this. kindly help me to get refund of Rs. 34 deducted from my account without my consent.And also the appropriate compensation for the mental damage caused to me.
