Hello, I am a Airtel Internet broadband customer for last 6 years in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Now I am very dissatisfied with Airtel Internet service, initially this was good now it is really become worst internet service. There customer response is very bad they take our call on hold for long long time to generate money thru calling as now customer care calls are chargeable. I am facing frequently problem in internet link break during internet surfing. In the month of Mar’14 lot of complaint to customer care of Airtel. But still it is not permanently resolved again it is getting breaking frequently. And their engineers are not taking care it properly. And I am really very dissatisfied with Airtel. Now I will publish in media and consumer complaint portal regarding very worst Internet service of AIRTEL. And would request to everyone not to take new Airtel internet connection in Delhi NCR. They charged bill of Rs. 800/- P.M But service is not at that level. Internet is not working
