Airtel – Worst service

i have applied for MNP from idea to airtel on 5th august’13 though its more than 15 days there is no action or updates from the service provider. On contacting the executives in their office they don’t even respond properly in giving the status. This is the 2nd time i am writing a complaint against airtel from this you can very well figure out how poor the service.

I couldn’t able to recharge with the existing service provider fearing of any time activation and to loose my current balance. So, everytime i have to rely on PCO or other mobiles

I want them to compensate with Rs 10000/- for all the delay and not giving the proper status as per RTI act.
