1)After the 1GB(3g) data pack on my mobile has been used, without my consent or information, My main balance(about 220/-) has been deducted until zero, for my data browsing. 1.1)I recharged both my DATA pack(for 2g this time) and main balance for 1GB and 330/- respectively. 2)The following morning for the browsing(2g) in the evening, post recharge of both accounts(Data & Voice), The main balance((talktime)320/-) is deducted to zero in place of DataPack deduction for data use.
First of all: The way AIRTEL switches to main balance once the data pack is done, is not right. I want my talktime(320/-) refunded.
