Airtel – wrong data usage charges debited poor service by company

I was using the Airtel Postpaid no 8146670120. My data connection always remained in off position. However, to my utter surprise, i was being charged for using data services wef 24.12.2013 onwards. During, 5 days, i was charged a bill of Rs 4038.70 till 29.12.2013.I spke to customer care on 27.12.2013 vide ref. no 1418450730 at 4.13 PM and 1419325787 dated 29.12.2013 at 09.22. thereafter on 31.12.2013 and 03.01.2014 however no satisfactory reply was given. I was told that, you have inserted the SIM in new instrument purchased under Bundled usage and after an initial discount of Rs 1132.20. the balance is your usage, weheas I have not changed my instrument at all and data plan was activated on its own by the company. Thereafter, i mailed complaint for disconnection by e mail which were not replied back.

Rs 2906.50 plus service tax be reversed as I have not used the data at all.My data connection is always off. Somebode else has used. The company should check the IMEI number of the data usage instrument and instrument used for calling which was many a times done simultaneously.
