Dear Sir, This is regarding my bill generated by Airtel for my number i.e. 8756638888. I am getting intimation for bill payment of Rs 1962 and Rs 1132 for August and September 2013 respectively. I called their customer care and visited their showroom regarding details of my bill. I have surprised after know about the details of bill as it communicated by your side that there is bill charges of Rs 1800 and Rs 800 for internet charges for the above months respectively. This is for your kind information as I communicated to your representatives also that this number is being used by my mother and she has no business with internet services. Yet I have used internet services 3 to 4 times for some bill payments through this number and there is no logic to create such huge bills for the name of internet charges. I request you kindly deduct these charges from my account so that I could make my genuine payment. Kindly do the needful for the same ASAP.

All unnecessary charges they are charging for the name of GPRS services should be deducted.
