Airtel – Wrong Inflated Bill due to misguidance by the nodal office executive

I have been facing billing issues for my Airtel mobile Bill since last 2 months already and this time again due to improper guidance by the Nodal office executive, my bill has been inflated. I was using Rs 150 (2G+3G) data plan earlier for which i was sent wrong data usage messages and for 2 months my bill was generated wrongly. In this months an executive from nodal office advised me to change my data plan as there were issues in this plan and she also mentioned that they are closing this plan. So, I changed this plan because of them and got another plan. Without any prior information that the plan was pro data based and that i was to be charged extra, they changed the plan. And now in my bill they have added extra Rs 1300-1400 just because i changed the plan in the mid of the month. I changed the plan because they were facing issues in calculating data usage in that plan, and they had asked me to do so. So, why I am I to suffer now. I have already spoken about this in the customer care on 27 July 2013 and they promised to resolve the issue in 48 hours. But even after a week now, I have no information or resolution for the issue. Please help me out.
