On thursday, the 11th of october, I had a talk with customer care executive about the rate cutting recharge while roaming. he said there is a recharge of RS. 25 by which the incoming and outgoing call would be charged at 1.5 paise per second and i recharged with that amount on that day. Its been 3 days that i am on roaming and i am charged with the normal rate. i had a talk with customer care executive and they said there is no ssuch recharge. You people firstly provide wrong information and then on listening to customers grievances you people are not at all cooperative and just say k airtel me call karne k liye dhanyawaad…what is this….i mean u people keep a record of conversation with the customer na, just listen to that and see how u people firstly give wrong information and then do not cooperate at all.
