Airtel – Wrong information provided

Hello, This is i reference to my airtel cell no 9892078588, I have done a 3G recharge of Rs1555 of 12GB data valid for 30. Days on 11/08/2013 then too i dint got 3G speed . Would also like to inform you that .before that rechage i already .had 1 GB of data of 3G in my account as before also same denomination rechage was done by me couple of days back that time i even had 2G data in my account which is as of now 2GB for 90 Days I had called to cusomer care and information taken from them then would i able to take 3G benefits as i have already subscribed to 2G Plan after having confirmnation from some seniour that executiv told me yes you can do so. So after exact confirmation i done that recharge but in vain….. It was working fine but wh.en i did sa.me rechagre on 11/08/2013 i could use only 1 Gb data and rest all is pending in acount speed is of 2G i.e 10KBPS.So with all this .wrong .information My entire amount is blocked plz reund me the amount or .given me ..the desire speed as after calling to customer care from date of recharge to till date i have not received any fruitfull response.
