sir, yesterday i called airtel customercare [121]. i needed information about local calling plans. i called them twice and got my desired info. after recharging the selected plan, what i recieved was totally unfair. instead of getting 130 local minutes, i was recieving only 105 local minutes that was totally unfair and wrong. after that when i called 121 customer care , i was being told that this plan has been changed. validity and benefits which where told me yesterday were totally different from what they told me today.
i need my 25 minutes back or as was told to me before recharging the same.
