Airtel,Airtel Cheating with people

I recharged Airtel 2g internet pack of Rs. 22 on 18th July,2013. According to their website the benefit was 150 MB facebook usage+50 MB other usage. But after recharging online through their primary website, I found that only 5 MB other data was given. When inquired at customer care centre they were not cooperative at all. They tried to bypass their fault and told that they have changed their plan ( their primary website still showing 50 MBas on 21st july,2013) with effective to various dates. Clearly they were just trying to make a foll of the customer. Someone explained that I have already used 50 MB,but when i told that I didn’t, someone suggested that plan has been changed internally. How they can change an existing plan without showing it to their main website?? I mean when a customer is recharging online he sees what is package rate from their website and then they recharge it. After recharging he comes to know that he will get reduced benefit as the plan has changed without mentioning anything during recharging. Its straightforward cheating. Its like you ordered and paid for 50 kg rice but when they delivered, they delivered only 5 kg stating that their ate has changed. How can this happen?? I am registering this complain to resolve the issue and help similar customers like me who has been cheated by the company.

I want compensation for all the time, money wasted trying to solve this matter.I even wasted huge airtime talking to their customer care. ( Yes their customer care is not toll free, sad but true.)
