This is to informe you that we are having your Two Landline i.e. 40038001 / 40038002 & One Landline No. # 40038000 with internet facility since 2005-06. For our internet facility we have enroll with “UNLIMITED PLAN” since inception & till last month (i.e. Upto March) we used to get bill for Rs. 1,300/- odd amount. Suddenly last month (i.e. April) we received a bill of Rs. 2 692.76/-, for which we contacted your Customer Care Department where Mr. Gautam Mandal told us that – a. You have 8 GB Plan not Unlimited. b. Since you have used more than 8 GB, the higher bill has been raised as per your usage. For above two argument we have to clarify as follows- a. We have enroll for “UNLIMITED PLAN” since 2005-06. If not we would like to see our application form taken by your person while applying. b. Following are our last 13 month bills with usage & the charges applied on our Landline No # 40038000 with internet facility

We want to refund all the above illeagal charges & we want the application form which will be filled by Airtel Customer Care Officer while we have taken the new connection.
