I went to Airtel support center at Bellandur, Bangalore. They are not accepting my request because my UPC code is 3days old. But my UPC code is valid till 29th july. That support guy is saying that i should submit the request within 1 day of getting the UPC code. I dont see such rules in TRAI regulations. They are saying some stupid reasons to not to accept my request. Poor customer support. No respect at all. Frustrated !!

Frustrated !! Disrespect !!

I want Airtel support person to reach me and collect the required documents and process my MNP request. I don’t want to visit the CSC again.
